Enterprise Development

We assist Black owned companies with monetary contributions, our aim is to accelerate development, sustainability and their financial & operational independence.
Preferential Procurement

We are a value adding supplier and we attempt to purchase from value adding suppliers, as can be seen from our score card.
Skills Development

Training is aimed at developing our staff’s skills, we comply with the Skills Development Levies Act and are registered with the applicable SETA . We further have internal assessment control measures which we use to assist in the planning of our staffs’ careers.
ECA (Electrical Contractors Association)

Through a selection process staff are urged to attend courses at the ECA, eventually completing their trade tests, this allows them access to further their individual earning potential.
Product Training

Our staff are encouraged to attend specific product training at our suppliers offices. On site practical training is further extended under supervision. They ultimately advance their skills and better their internal assessments scores.
